Hey ladies! My name is Krystal and I am the owner and trainer of Fitness Reset. I was inspired to create Fitness Reset because of my two boys, Henry and William. Fitness has always been a big part of my life and I wanted to share my love of fitness with them. At the same time, I wanted to emphasize informing women about their bodies during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond and I can happily say I am doing exactly that! I have a unique approach to fitness that will seem very different to what most people might have experienced. I focus on safe, progressive, result oriented classes and training.
My passion and expertise is women’s health and fitness. I work with women who are tired and frustrated and are ready to commit to improving their health. I specialize in prenatal and postpartum fitness and pelvic floor health for all ages. My clients include women who suffer from incontinence, pelvic organ proplase, diastasis recti and back, pelvic or hip pain. No matter your age, learning about and being aware of your body will benefit your health and well-being. Pelvic floor health isn’t just for new moms – all women can benefit from working with a pelvic floor movement specialist like me!
