Hello! My name is Emily and I am a Fitness Instructor/Movement and Mobility Specialist.
I believe daily physical activity is key to mental and physical longevity – our bodies were built to move. As a self-professed “fitness nerd”, I enjoy sharing my ongoing training and knowledge with you – in a sweaty cardio class, busting old myths about women and weightlifting, and with essential exercises for strong, healthy posture and range of motion. I began instructing in my teens (aquatics), took dance in my 20’s (jazz hands!), thought karate would be fun (Black Belt 1st Dan), wandered into The Fitness Centre in 2003 and never left! Could we still be working out together in our 90’s? I believe that’s possible!
