What sets Fitness with Baby apart from any other postpartum classes is that baby is right beside you for the entire workout.
No strollers or baby wearing.
+ You will have access to all classes by video upload if you can’t make it into The Fitness Centre.
we know life can get crazy! The class is very relaxed… if baby cries or is fussy no worries you can incorporate baby into the workout. This is your workout! Everyone is at different stages of post pregnancy. There are always modification for each exercise.
I am the Owner and Trainer of Fitness Reset. Fitness Reset was inspired by my two boys Henry and William. Fitness has always been a part of my life and I wanted to share my love of fitness with them. I also wanted to make it my mission to inform women about their bodies in pregnancy, postpartum and beyond….I am doing it! My approach to fitness is different than what most are used to or have seen in the past. I focus on safe, progressive, result oriented classes and training.
My passion and expertise is Women’s Health and Fitness. I work with women who are tired and frustrated and are ready to commit to themselves. I specialize in prenatal, postpartum fitness and pelvic floor health for ALL AGES, my clients include women who suffer from incontinence, pelvic organ proplase, diastasis recti, and back, pelvic or hip pain. No matter what your age, understanding and being aware of your body will benefit your health and well-being. Pelvic floor health isn’t just for new moms – all women can benefit from working with a pelvic floor movement specialist like me!
