RESTORE & RELEASE

30 minutes a week with Emily will be a big step towards restoring your flexibility, stability, balance and reducing aching joints and muscle pains. As your group coach and certified trainer, Emily brings her special expertise in Functional Fitness to this small group training class.

YOGA

Stretch/Balance/Flexibility/Relaxation/Meditation Workout: Kim’s training and practice is wonderful for all levels and includes a meditation at the end of practice. She works with you based on your level, flexibility, and stability level. It’s a great way to start your morning!

TRX

TRX: Resistance exercise is resistant revolutionary workout method that uses your own body, weight, and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, co coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability. In this class, you will gain strength with more range of motion and build cardio.

YOGA SCULPT

Yoga sculpt is a unique combination of power, yoga, and strength training to create a work and principles with strength and hand weights. this high intense class will leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. In this class, you will gain strength, balance, and strength in the mind body connection.
