HIRT

Muscle Workout: High Intensity Resistance Group Personal Training with Judy: 30 minutes of moving quickly from move to move to build muscle and get a long-lasting burn. This is the muscle version of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Get results fast!

YOGA

Stretch/Balance/Flexibility/Relaxation/Meditation Workout: Kim’s training and practice is wonderful for all levels and includes a meditation at the end of practice. She works with you based on your level, flexibility, and stability level. It’s a great way to start your morning!

CORE RESET

Cardio/Muscle/Core Workout: With breath and properly executed core exercises, Krystal will train you on your 4 Core muscles that women need to be strong to manage prolapse and incontinence challenges. With Krystal as your trainer, you will feel control coming into your life again!

MOBILITY MAINTENANCE

Emily will spend 30 minutes with your as your group coach and certified trainer working on keeping your flexibility, stability, and balance in top shape for all those everyday challenges we face.
