CORE, FLEXIBILITY AND MOBILITY CLASSES

FUNCTION & FLEXIBILITY

Muscle/Stretch/Balance Workout: Get the kinks out and work your core! This relaxing and energizing class is done barefoot (socks and shoes optional) and connects you to your body and the moment! This is a slow-paced mix of simple stretches, balance, and flow (think yoga & Pilates), and body weight/free weight transitions.

POWER & SCULPT YOGILATES

Cathy will take you through an intense flow class that combines Yoga and Pilates movements to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility with some amazing music! You will feel stronger and taller after this workout.
