Muscle & Cardio Workout: What is a Hi Low workout? High-low training is a method for organized rep scrambling, switching back and forth between the high and low ranges—from workout to workout, from one exercise to the next, and even from set to set. Choreographed and taught by Claudia, this class is great for all levels, ages, and physical conditioning.


Dance Workout: When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.


Dance Workout: Zumba is a Mid-to high- intensity cardio dance class that combines Latin and International rhythms that will make you burn between 400-700 calories while having a blast.


Dance Workout: Zumba Gold was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner and/or people who are not used to exercising or may be limited physically. It is done at a lower intensity and strives to improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and heart! You can even do it sitting in a chair.


Cardio/Muscle Workout: Tammi takes her crew through a great upper body and lower body workout that is choreographed to music and uses sticks and other equipment. Great for all levels of fitness!
