TOTAL BODY RESET

Muscle/Cardio/Core Workout: Krystal brings her pelvic floor expertise to a cardio and muscle workout. Learn how breath and position can keep your core healthy and strong!

BOXING & WEIGHT TRAINING

Muscle/Cardio/Core Workout: Joy brings out the boxing bags and you get to jab, kick, and work up a sweat. Resistance training can be with weights, barbells, bands; it’s a great mental and physical workout!

BARS, BALLS & BANDS

Cardio/Muscle Workout: Joy will get your cardio up with this early morning workout. Core, strength and sweat for 45 minutes.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Muscle/Cardio Workout: Never the same thing twice. You will work on various activities creating the kind of variety that everybody needs in a real kick butt workout! (W.O.D – workout of the day)
