BOXING & WEIGHT TRAINING
Muscle/Cardio/Core Workout: Joy brings out the boxing bags and you get to jab, kick, and work up a sweat. Resistance training can be with weights, barbells, bands; it’s a great mental and physical workout!
BARS, BALLS & BANDS
Cardio/Muscle Workout: Joy will get your cardio up with this early morning workout. Core, strength and sweat for 45 minutes.
HUSTLE AND CHISEL
Cardio/Muscle/Core Workout: Wow! Judy will put you through your paces in this total body workout that includes cardio, resistance training, core, and recovery.
BODY SCULPT AND CARDIO
