Team training at the Fitness Centre

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the women in your sports team to take their training to the next level with our exclusive Team Training program at The Fitness Centre.

 

Our 8-week program is designed to empower and enhance the skills of your team, going beyond conventional coaching methods. Each week, your team will engage in a one-hour training session, carefully crafted to build strengths and skills that extend far beyond the confines of the field, pitch, or court.

Week 1:  Circuit Training Class (Strength, Power & Cardio)

 

 

Week 5:  Cardio & Muscle  (Compound Training for Strength & Speed)

 

Week 2:  TRX/Range of Motion Class

 

 

Week 6:  Restoration and Recovery Training:  Level 2

 

Week 3:  Restoration and Recovery Training:  Level 1

 

 

Week 7:  Personal Training Circuit:  Focus on Form, Efficiency and Compound Movements (30 min) and  Introduction to Pelvic Floor and the Core 4 (30 minutes)

 

Week 4:  Yogilates Class  (Flexibility & Breath Training)

 

 

Week 8:  Introduction to Meditation (30 mins) and Introduction to Macronutrients & Whole Food Meal Planning for Maximum Nutritional Support (30 minutes)
