The Fitness Centre offers an amazing array of classes to suit your schedule and your goals. Our core of instructors work with the class teaching technique, modifications and routines in their classes so come on in and learn a new skill! Enhance your fitness routine or just relieve yourself of the daily stresses that we each have every day by joining in with a great group of women in a class.

Our classes vary in skill level, time commitment and intensity and you will finish with a great stretch. The class schedule is subject to change so check our schedule frequently for new options.
