TEACHES A WIDE VARIETY OF CLASSES: BOXING, SPIN, STEP, MUSCLE WORK AND ZUMBA STEP. HELPING WOMEN WORK THROUGH STAGES IN THEIR ROUTINES THAT CHALLENGE THEM ON A DAILY BASIS.
WITH A MIX OF FULL BODY CARDIO / MUSCLE WORKOUT FOR ALL WOMEN NO MATTER WHAT THEIR LEVEL "IT IS ABOUT THE WORKOUT AND ABOUT HAVING FUN"
I teach cardio and weights in my total body interval class. I also love to teach bootcamp and have recently been licensed to teach Zumba.
I teach cardio and muscle combo classes, and can also teach spin and pilates. I believe that classes are great way to commit to a time, meet other people at the gym and have fun while getting a great workout.
